Pending or delayed withdrawals
A pending status usually means the request is still being reviewed. Avoid submitting duplicate requests. If it stays pending longer than the app indicates, contact official support with your request details.
Nobody from support will ask for your password or OTP to release a withdrawal. Treat such requests as scams.
